My Modus Operandi

My golden rule for content creation is: The user should always leave feeling uplifted or with new knowledge. I always look to share something educational, empowering, or feel-good and have created a feed to match those sentiments. Some skills I’ve developed while running my own page have been:

Organizing

  • Managing and coordinating content with a social media calendar and Trello

Creating

  • Producing and curating content and feed that reinforces my brand’s three pillars

  • Filming and editing my own reels, IGTV’s and Youtube trailers

Engaging

  • Collaborating with photographers and graphic designers to create quality brand content

  • Engaging with my audience and always making sure I see them, and hear them

  • Work with skincare companies, beauty companies, and soon to be asian-owned companies via sponsored posts 

Analyzing

  • Diving deep into my accounts hashtag research, insights and analytics to expand my reach and engagement

  • Browsing and trying new trends on TikTok and translating them to Reels!

My Audience

Three years ago, my audience turned to me for fashion advice.

Two years ago, my audience turned to me for travel, networking and entrepreneurial content, and some beauty.

Last year, I realized my passion lies within the self-empowerment, and while I do continue to make beauty, fashion, and business content, I always present that content through a lense of self-empowerment and self-love. Because I’ve focused more on self-empowerment and self-love, I’m making more Asian-themed content then ever before.

Looking towards the future, I want to continue to engage women, particularly POC’s, and empower them with my content so they never feel like they’re alone in this experience. I’m an active member of the Cosmos Club, an digital wellness space for Asian-American women, and frequently consult with those ladies to refine my work!
